"Citadel 1; Citadel 3" is an ep consisting of alternate versions of two of the movements within 2019's "Minaret" Lp track "Citadel". This ep also includes four new tracks "Semblance of the Deicide", “My Fellow Psychonauts", "Beyond the North Is the Point of Orientation" and closing the Lp is the latter half of the alternate "Citadel 1" track, "The Teachings of Paimon".

**Quite obedient to Lucifer, King Paimo(n) appears as the ninth spirit in the Goetia, the twenty-second spirit in the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum, and in the Dictionnaire Infernal. In the Liber Officiorum Spirituum, he is first listed as the sixth spirit and later as the third king. Paimon is ranked as a king and is specified as being king of the west. In the Book of Abramelin, Paimon is instead, one of the eight dukes Hell. 

His appearance is described as a man riding a crowned Dromedary camel, preceded by men playing loud music, trumpets and cymbals; dogs and bells. When summoned his teaching are with science and he truthfully answers all questions asked of him. 

His knowledge includes all arts and "secret things" such as knowledge regarding the Earth, its waters, and the winds. He knows all the affairs of the world and can reveal hidden treasures. Paimon has the ability to bestow dignities and lordships. The Goetia and Weyer credited him with granting good familiars. He has knowledge of past and future events.

(9.) PAIMON.—The Ninth Spirit in this Order is Paimon, a Great King, and very obedient unto LUCIFER. He appeareth in the form of a Man sitting upon a Dromedary with a Crown most glorious upon his head. There goeth before him also an Host of Spirits, like Men with Trumpets and well sounding Cymbals, and all other sorts of Musical Instruments. He hath a great Voice, and roareth at his first coming, and his speech is such that the Magician cannot well understand unless he can compel him. This Spirit can teach all Arts and Sciences, and other secret things. He can discover unto thee what the Earth is, and what holdeth it up in the Waters; and what Mind is, and where it is; or any other thing thou mayest desire to know. He giveth Dignity, and confirmeth the same. He bindeth or maketh any man subject unto the Magician if he so desire it. He giveth good Familiars, and such as can teach all Arts. He is to be observed towards the West. He is of the Order of Dominations. He hath under him 200 Legions of Spirits, and part of them are of the Order of Angels, and the other part of Potentates. Now if thou callest this Spirit Paimon alone, thou must make him some offering; and there will attend him two Kings called LABAL and ABALIM, and also other Spirits who be of the Order of Potentates in his Host, and 25 Legions. And those Spirits which be subject unto them are not always with them unless the Magician do compel them. His Character is this which must be worn as a Lamen before thee, etc.

Paimon is also found in such grimoires as, The Book of Oberon, and the Grimoire of Pope Honorius. In all the other grimoires, he is one of the four kings associated with the four directions. The other kings are Oriens, Amaymon, and Egyn. Paimon was originally the king of the west, and this was carried over into his description in the Lesser Key of Solomon, Paimon has over a 100 more legions of spirits under him than any other Goetia demon. This is because he is one of the four kings, and should be "over" the list rather than within it.
