The Application of Aleatoricism in Artificial Sound is a mini release which comprises of two tracks which were to go towards an official album release by Omniman.

The track, Application of Aleatoricism in Artificial Sound was intended to comprise of individual tracks that would go into making up the second half of the planned Omniman release. This particular track is unfinished. This track consists of the only material that had been constructed specifically for the album. Application of Aleatoricism in Artificial Sound consists of 13 individual songs that are cut and pasted together to make up a single track.

Each of the members of Omniman would work on individual compositions during their own time; each member's contribution was a reflection/interpretation of what their vision of Omniman should be.

The track is sandwiched between two other tracks, Semiotiks and Omnicoda. Omnicoda comprises of material taken from different Omniman tracks and from a rare jam session.
