Om Pharaoh Records is a digital imprint devoted to the outer edges of electronic experimental music. Operating from Oshawa, in southern Ontario, the label exists in the penumbra of the music industry—an autonomous zone where fringe aesthetics, occult circuitry, and sonic speculation thrive far from the gravitational pull of the mainstream.

Born from the ever‑expanding Ov Moi Omm universe, Om Pharaoh Records has grown into the central archive for every artist orbiting that creative constellation. Its roster forms a shifting, interconnected ecology: Ov Moi Omm, Omniman I/II, Irama Gema, 10 Echo, Polyphony Più, DJ Nominal, and ICDC. Collaborative entities such as Yellow Omm—a fusion of Ov Moi Omm and the YSMHB—also reside here, alongside the atmospheric transmissions of Pulse Burst and the introspective works of Julia Felix.

Alongside its core catalogue, Om Pharaoh Records curates The Akashic Series—a sequence of interconnected compilations that map the evolving terrain of the OPR universe. Each volume gathers material from across the label’s roster, often serving as the first point of emergence for tracks that later anchor individual artist releases. The series functions as both a creative nexus and a living chronicle, tracing how the label’s many voices intersect, diverge, and reconfigure over time.

Earlier projects from the 1990s—such as Harold, Implanted, and Just Noize—exist only as faint historical echoes within the broader OPR lineage, their limited material occasionally surfacing through the label but never forming a central focus. They remain distant footnotes in the pre‑digital strata that preceded the current constellation.

Across its catalogue, Om Pharaoh Records functions less as a traditional label and more as a living repository—a digital museum of experimental sound, ritual process, and interlinked artistic identities. Every release extends the universe outward, mapping new territories in electronic expression while preserving the lineage that brought it into being.

Om Pharaoh Records is a digital label dedicated to electronic experimental music that operates on the fringes of the music industry, thriving in the vast gloom beyond the mainstream.
